What Are CEREC Restorations?

CEREC restorations are made of ceramic and used to repair damaged or worn teeth. Unlike traditional methods, which require multiple visits and temporary crowns, this technology allows us to complete your treatment in a single session. It begins with a digital scan, followed by computer-assisted design and immediate placement of the ceramic piece.

This option is ideal for patients looking to avoid multiple appointments or temporary solutions while still receiving a durable and natural-looking restoration.

Benefits of CEREC Restorations

Speed

Your tooth is restored in one visit—ideal for busy patients

Precision

Digital impressions and computer-aided design ensure a perfect fit

Natural aesthetics

The ceramic closely matches the colour, texture, and translucency of natural teeth

Comfort

No need for uncomfortable temporary crowns or traditional impressions

Durability

Ceramic restorations are strong and stain-resistant, offering long-lasting results

When Are CEREC Restorations Used?

LCEREC technology is suitable for addressing various dental issues, such as:

  • Deep cavities requiring a crown or inlay
  • Cracked or damaged teeth
  • Cosmetic enhancements (e.g., ceramic veneers)
